In order to enter one or more of the seven CIA Coupe Mondiale categories, it is necessary to create an online account. To create this account, you will need a valid e-mail address. If you do not have an e-mail address, you can easily establish one at various free internet services such as yahoo.com and hotmail.com. Note: only one online account is accepted per e-mail address.

To establish an online account, simply fill in your e-mail address, your full name as requested on the entry form and your date of birth. Your date of birth is important, as this will allow you to access categories for which you are eligible based on your age. You will immediately receive an e-mail to the address you submitted, with the link to the entry form. This e-mail will also include your password which is necessary to login to the online entry system in the future.

Before you begin your online entry, it is helpful for you to gather all the relevant information. During the entry process you will be asked for information such as:

  • Your contact information
  • Your country of residence
  • Your country of citizenship (Passport)
  • Brief two or three paragraph biography
  • You will have the opportunity to upload a picture in .jpg format or similar (or you can do this at a later date)
  • The category (or categories) you will enter
  • Your complete program, including the time of each piece, composer and arranger etc... For categories with a minimum and maximum playing time, the online entry form calculates your total playing time based on your input. If your combined playing time does not meet, or exceeds the required time, the system will not accept your entry.
  • Your Credit Card details, if paying by Credit Card
